Personal pages
You can create up to 50 personal portal pages to organize the information that is most important to you. Using personal pages, you can access in one place the Reporting and Analysis features that you use the most, organized in the way that you want.
The personal page content consists of one or more frames that you display in a single-column, two-column, or three-column configuration. Each personal page frame can display:
- The contents of a public or a personal folder.
- Lists of public and private folders.
- Reports.
You can set up your personal pages to run your reports automatically during non-peak hours so that when you access your personal page at the beginning of the work day, the report output is ready for you to review.
- Bookmarks of URLs to websites.
- Web pages that you visit often.
- RSS feeds.
A toolbar provides personal page configuration and management functions. Each page has a Set Properties button (). Use the Set Properties button to modify personal pages.
