Creating an ODBC connection using the Windows ODBC Manager
  1. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC).
  2. Select the System DSN tab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. In the Create New Data Source window:
    • For a Microsoft Access randomization source database, select Microsoft Access Driver.
    • For an Oracle randomization source database, select Oracle in OraClient_<version_home> driver.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Configure the data source.
