Browsers
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 and 11.0
  • Microsoft Edge (not supported for Cognos Reporting)
  • Mozilla Firefox 42 or higher
  • Google Chrome 46 or higher

    Note: Cognos 10.2.2 does not support Google Chrome or Apple Safari for Ad Hoc reporting and Report Administration.

Display resolution
  • Minimum: 800 x 600
  • Recommended: 1024 x 768 or higher
  • Required for Data Viewer: 1024 x 768

Microsoft Excel

A version compatible with your operating system is required to view reports exported from the Data Viewer or Reporting and Analysis module.

Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher to view reports in PDF format.
