Clinical report elements: forms and itemsets

When the clinical portion of the Reporting and Analysis database is generated, database views are created for each form and itemset in your study. When the InForm application generates the study-specific clinical reporting package, each of these database views is represented as a report element.

Each report element that appears in the Clinical Data by Form folder corresponds to either a form, or an itemset on a form.

Note: Alternate forms are also represented by a report element.

Report elements are labeled with an appropriate suffix (Form or Itemset). In addition, the labels for itemset report topics begin with a prefix that identifies the form on which they appear.
