Run and save an ad hoc report

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Select Launch, then click Ad Hoc Reporting.
  3. Click the link for a package.
  4. Drag and drop the report elements and report topics you want to include in the report onto the workspace.
  5. Click Ad Hoc Reporting, then click Run Report.
  6. Select one of the following:
    • Run with all data
    • Preview with limited data—Displays a subset of the data for the ad hoc report you created.
    • Preview with no data—Displays the columns that you added to the Ad Hoc Reporting palette, populated with sample data.
  7. Click Save, then fill in the fields, and click OK.
