Enabling clinical model generation in a multi-server environment

If your Cognos environment contains multiple Cognos servers, set the following on all the dispatchers:

Log in to the Cognos server using a Private Gateway.
For more information about Private Gateways, see About the Cognos Private Gateway and Prepare the Cognos Gateway Server.
Select Launch > Reporting Administration.
The Administration page appears.
Click the Configuration tab.
Click Dispatchers and Services.
A list of the dispatchers that are registered with the Content Manager appears.
For each dispatcher, perform these steps:
1. In the Actions column, click the Set Properties icon ().
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. In the Category drop-down list, select Tuning.
4. Set the Load balancing mode property to Cluster Compatible.
5. Click OK.
