Scheduling multiple reports
To create a list of multiple reports, report views, or other items for which you want to share schedule settings and that you want to run simultaneously, you create a job.
Using the job development tools, you can:
- Create a new job using the New Job wizard.
- Manage a job using the Set Properties button for the job.
- Run a job manually using the Run with options page.
- Manage jobs using the My Activities and Schedules page.
Note: Run with advanced options settings for a report take precedence over job settings. For example, if you use the Run with advanced options page to schedule the Query Cycle Times by Site report to run at a specific date and time, and you create a job that includes the same report, and is scheduled to run daily, the Query Cycle Times by Site report will run at the time you specified on the Run with advanced options page.
