Resubmit a candidate who failed screening
You can resubmit a candidate who has failed screening if you think the candidate should be eligible for the study.
- Click Enroll.
- On the Enrollment page, look in the Screening Failure column to see why screening failed.
- Click the candidate's screening number.
- On the Screening form, make the changes necessary to resubmit successfully, and click Submit.

Screening form is incomplete.
Complete the form, and then click Submit.
The candidate is ineligible for the study.
Check the data and make corrections if necessary. To correct a data value:
- Click the entered value.
- On the Data Value(s) page, type the correct value and select or type a reason for change.
- Click Submit.
- Click OK.
- Click Return to go back to the Screening form.
