When do I answer queries?

You'll have two types of queries to respond to:

Automatic queries are generated by InForm. You can see and respond to automatic queries immediately after you submit data.
Manual queries are created by CRAs or sponsor staff. You can respond to manual queries after source verification or other data review.

What if my answer to a query results in another query?

If a new query appears when you answer a query by changing the item data, check the data. Answer the new query, entering new data if necessary.
