What if I forget my SSO user name?
- Search your emails for the two messages from OracleIdentityManager@oracle.com that you received after your Study Administrator created your SSO account.
You received two emails (at the same time) from OracleIdentityManager@oracle.com:
- One email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - New Account, which contained your SSO account User Name.
- A second email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - Account Password, which contained your default password and a link to manage your SSO account.
- If you cannot find the emails, contact your Study Administrator.
What if I forget my SSO password?
- Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page.
- Enter your SSO account user name, and then provide the answers to your three challenge questions, and click Submit.
Note: If you did not set up the challenge questions, you cannot use the Forgot Password link to reset your password, and you'll need to ask your Study Administrator to do it for you.
How do I change my challenge questions?
If you didn't set up your challenge questions when you first logged into your SSO account, or if you want to change them:
- Log in to your SSO study.
- On the left, click Update Profile.
- On the left, click My Profile > My Information.
- Fill in the fields in the Challenge Questions section, and click Apply.
How do I know where to take the IOL training?
When you are assigned to take IOL training, you receive two emails from PhaseForwardIOL@phaseforward.com:
- One email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Online Training- [Customer Name] regarding Study Name] containing details of the training that you are required to complete.
- A second email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Online Training - Login Details containing credentials and the link needed to login to IOL and complete the assigned training.
Do I have to re-take the IOL training every time I am given access to an InForm study?
It depends.
- If you are assigned to the same course by the same Sponsor for a different study within 12 months of completing it, you don't need to re-take the training. You won't receive any additional training emails, and your account in UMT is automatically marked as Trained.
- If you are assigned to the same course by a different Sponsor within 12 months of completing it, you are instructed to take the training again.
In this case, you will receive the two training emails from PhaseForwardIOL@phaseforward.com again. However, you can download your certificate and send it to the new Sponsor instead of taking the training again. The new Sponsor can then manually mark you as Trained.
In either case, if you completed the training more than 12 months ago, you are required to take the training again. Ask your Study Administrator to ask an IOL Administrator to request the login details be re-sent to you.
I completed my training, why didn't I get an email with the study URL?
It may take some time before you receive the email with the study URL after you complete your training. The Study Administrator must manually grant you access to the study after you have completed your training and the study URL is available.
Or
The study may not be live. You receive an email with the study URL only after you complete the required InForm training, the study is live, and your UMT Administrator has manually granted you access to the study.
I have the URL and tried to log into the study, why is the screen blank?
This occurs if you try to access the study before your required training is complete, before you are authorized to access the study, or before the study is live.
