Freeze or lock a form
- Click Subjects.
- Select a visit.
- On the left, select the form you want to freeze or lock.
- At the bottom of the page, click Freeze or Lock.
When a form is already frozen or locked, the Unfreeze and Unlock buttons appear instead.
