Audit trail FAQs
What information is available in the audit trail?
Each time you change the value of a data item, an audit trail records the date and time of the change, your user name, and the reason for the change.
Who can see the audit trail?
You can see the audit trail for the data you have access to view in InForm.
Can I report on audit trail data?
Yes. In the Reporting and Analysis module, you can run standard reports to review audit trail data.
- Audit Trail Report—Shows the fields for which data was entered, modified, or cleared within a selected date range.
- Historical Login Report—Shows the login history within a selected date range.
You can also create an ad hoc report that shows user status and group membership information. For more information, see the Reporting and Analysis Guide.
What information about Partial SV is available in the audit trail?
