Saving a standard report as a report view
To save a report definition and the report data at the time when you ran the report, save the report as a report view. A report view allows you to save report data at specific times during the course of a study so that you can track study progress.
Note: To avoid overwriting report data, and to prevent confusion, save reports and report views with different names.
- Run the report.
- Select Keep this version > Save as Report View.
The Save as report view dialog box appears.
- In the Name field, specify a name for the report view.
- In the Location field, specify a location. By default, the home folder is specified.
- To save the report view to a specific location:
- Click Select another location.
The Select a location (Navigate) dialog box appears.
- Specify the folder in which to save the report view.
- Click OK.
- Click Select another location.
- To save the report view to the My Folders page, click Select My Folders.
- To save the report view to a specific location:
