Cosmic Loader

This API loads information on cancer causing somatic mutations, such as sample data, histology, anatomical site observed, the genomic location and the publication IDs the data is curated from. The loader accepts four files of two types as input as follows:
1. Two coding and non-coding annotation data files
2. Two VCF format variant genomic feature files
