This endpoint supports the retrieval of Conditions (Diagnosis) for multiple Subject Identifiers passed. It returns Condition (Diagnosis) related information like Code, Type, Name, Onset Date, Onset Age, Encounter Details, Status, Anatomical Site Details, Facility details, Service Provider Details, Specialty Details.
