IoT API not working in CloudShell

- If you use the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) CloudShell, you will get an error if you try to use IoT commands.
- Workaround
- Install and use the OCI CLI locally.
Creating a Flow Runtime might fail
- Details
- When you create a Flow Runtime, the work request might fail intermittently with the following error:
Failed FR Container health check: { Container health check did not become HEALTHY within 10 minutes }. - Workaround
- First, delete the failed Flow Runtime. Then create a Flow Runtime.
