- Fixes a regression that can cause data in
/tmpto be removed once after the first boot of the image. - Includes a fix in
selinux-policythat resolves a delay in thecloud-initscript on instance startup. - Increases the timeout for Yum mirror connectivity to account for potential delays arising from a service gateway setup.

Oracle Linux platform images are based on the most recent release of Oracle Linux and are updated monthly. If you need to confirm the status of certifications, such as FIPS 140-3 or Common Criteria, see the Oracle Security Evaluations page for the latest information. FIPS mode is not enabled in Oracle Linux platform images. To modify this setting, see the FIPS section of the Oracle Linux Security Guide under Oracle Linux documentation or contact support for assistance.
