The Performance Hub for External Databases feature extends the capability of using Performance Hub to monitor the performance of OCI Autonomous Databases to External Databases such as on premise Oracle databases.  Performance Hub can diagnose performance issues such as determining the causes of wait time, performance degradation, and changes in database performance.  For more information, see Using Performance Hub to Analyze Database Performance.
