Support for reserved public IP addresses for load balancers created by Container Engine for Kubernetes

You can now assign a reserved public IP address to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure public load balancer that Container Engine for Kubernetes creates when deploying a Kubernetes service of type LoadBalancer on a cluster.
