Network Visualizer updates

This update of the Network Visualizer service introduces the visualization for DRGv2 capabilities in the regional view covering the following features:
- DRG attachments and internal DRG routing
- Multiple VCNs attached to a single DRG
- Cross-tenancy VCN attachments
