Local Appliance Web server moving to HTTPS from HTTP inside Oracle Cloud Bridge

Oracle Cloud Migrations now supports a more secure local Console web server experience for OCB Appliance deployments.
Starting with the appliance version ocb-appliance-1.0.4101.ova (version 1.0.4101 and later), the local Console web server uses HTTPS instead of HTTP by default.
You can now provide your own SSL certificate and private key to secure the local Console web server. If custom certificates aren't provided, the appliance automatically generates and uses a self-signed certificate.

During appliance registration, if the browser displays the following error:
Client sent an HTTP request to an HTTPS server.Update the redirect URL to use https:// instead of http://.
