Kubernetes Engine support for frontend SSL certificate management using the OCI Certificates service

When provisioning an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure load balancer for a Kubernetes service of type LoadBalancer, you can now specify that you want to manage certificates for frontend SSL using the OCI Certificates service. Using the OCI Certificates service enables features like automatic certificate rotation without requiring manifest updates.
