Kubernetes Engine support for deploying the Node Feature Discovery cluster add-on

You can now use the Node Feature Discovery add-on to detect hardware features and system configuration on cluster nodes. The Node Feature Discovery add-on advertises those capabilities as Kubernetes node labels. The labels can be used to schedule workloads onto nodes with specific CPU, device, kernel, OS, GPU or other discovered capabilities.
