Log Analytics: Support setting Management Agent property for customized schedule

Using the Log Analytics console, you can now modify the property Customized Schedule for the Management Agent for the source types REST API and OS Command. Use this property to specify the schedule to run every N seconds, minutes, hours, or daily at a specific hour.
