Logging Analytics: Support for Base64 decode in mapped parsing

When you map fields through a parser to extract fields from a base field, you can now select from actions Base64 decode and unzip and Base64 decode to perform on the field. You can select one of these actions if the base field is a Base64 encoded zip file or if the base field is Base64 encoded in the original log content. The the base field is appropriately decoded (and unzipped) before the mapped parser is applied.
