Unified Monitoring Agent 0.1.49 released

A new release of the Unified Monitoring Agent (UMA) is now available with the following major updates:
- Ruby version upgraded to 3.3.11
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 is now supported
- OpenSSL upgraded to 3.5.6
