Interactive widget input

When configuring widget inputs that are not linked to a dashboard filter, you can now select the Is editable by viewers check box. If this option is enabled, the widget input acts as a local filter and is displayed on the top of the widget. After the dashboard is saved, other dashboard users can change the value for that input, making the widget more interactive.
