Local time now displayed in the time selector field

In Management Dashboard, the time selector field in the upper-right corner now defaults to the local (browser) time zone instead of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). You can change it to another time zone by clicking the time selector field, selecting the Custom option, and then selecting a different time zone in the Reporting time zone drop-down menu.
