View dashboards, widgets, and filters across all compartments

You can now view dashboards, widgets, and filters across all compartments in the tenancy. On the Dashboards, Widgets, and Filters pages, clear the compartment selected in the Compartment applied filter so that Compartment All is displayed and resources from all compartments are shown.
