Add ZPR security attributes to Data Catalog endpoints

Zero Trust Packet Routing (ZPR) security attributes can now be added to Data Catalog private endpoints. For more information, see Creating a Private Endpoint.

Security attributes are labels that ZPR policy references. These attributes enable client endpoints with specific security attributes to access other endpoints that also have these attributes. ZPR enforces this policy at the network level every time access is requested, ensuring security regardless of any potential changes or misconfigurations in the network architecture.
