OCI Cache Supports Dual-Stack Endpoints for IPv6

OCI Cache supports dual-stack endpoints for IPv6. You can use dual-stack endpoints to access the OCI Cache API and cache clusters from IPv6 networks while still supporting IPv4.
Dual-stack API endpoints are initially available in OC1 region. Existing IPv4-only endpoints continue to be supported.
To use IPv6 with cache clusters, create a new cluster in an IPv6-capable VCN and subnet. Existing clusters aren't upgraded to IPv6. When you enable IPv6, cache endpoint fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) publish AAAA records.
