OpenShift Container Platform on OCI adds autoscaling support

Introducing autoscaling support for OpenShift Container Platform on OCI. This new capability helps OpenShift clusters automatically adjust worker capacity as application demand changes, so teams can run dynamic workloads without manually resizing worker pools. With autoscaling, customers can enable elastic worker capacity when creating a new OpenShift cluster on OCI, or add autoscaling to an existing cluster after deployment.
