Limit custom software sources to the latest available package version

This release includes the following enhancements:

• Added the ability to limit custom software sources to only include the latest available version of a package or module. See Limiting Packages and Modules to the Latest Version.
• Reduced the time it takes to create a custom software source.

This release includes the following bug fixes:

• Versioned custom software sources can now be created using filters and are no longer limited to only package lists.
• Fixed an issue that caused custom software sources to contain duplicate packages.
• Fixed an issue with applying updates from a custom software source.
• Fixed an issue with the classification of updates from a custom software source.
