Added dynamic instance sets and other enhancements, expanded OS support

This release includes the following enhancements:

• Added dynamic instance sets to help you target and manage instances using changing membership criteria.
• Added the ability to add vendor software sources directly to compartments.
• Added system-provided profiles for Oracle Linux to simplify instance registration and management configuration.
• Added support for running a management station on Oracle Linux 9 (x86-64 only).
• Added an optional management station configuration to support more deployment scenarios.
• Expanded supported OS, including:
  • Oracle Linux 10
  • Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 24.04
  • Windows Server 2025
  • Windows 11
• OS Management Hub now uses the new Oracle Cloud Console experience. This introduces significant updates to resource list pages, resource details pages, and resource creation workflows to enhance usability and consistency. Learn more about the new Console experience.
