Bitbucket Cloud API token authentication now supported

Resource Manager now supports Bitbucket Cloud REST API authentication using your Atlassian account email address and an API token. Customers using Bitbucket Cloud should update their Resource Manager configuration to use email + API token authentication, as Atlassian is permanently disabling Bitbucket Cloud app passwords on July 28, 2026.

This change ensures continued connectivity to Bitbucket Cloud and aligns Resource Manager with Atlassian's recommended authentication method.
