このクラスは、RSAマルチ・プライム秘密鍵秘密鍵を指定します。これは、効率のために中国剰余定理(CRT)情報の値を使用したPKCS#1 v2.2標準で定義されます。

      IllegalArgumentException - 空の(長さが0) otherPrimeInfoが指定された場合
