Enter header and footer formats, if desired. You can use {0} for page number in any format.

Select "Show Progress Dialog" if you would like to track progress of the printing job and/or be able to cancel it.

Select "Print in Background" if you would like printing to occur in a background thread so that interaction with the demo application is not blocked.
