enable-access-log

Syntax

tadm enable-access-log common_options [--log-ip] 
[--format=log_format] --config=config_name [--vs=vs_name] 
--file=log_file

Description

Use this command to enable the access-log.

Options

For information about common_options, run the help command.

--log-ip|-o

Set this option to true to log the IP of the client into the access log.

--format|-f

Specify the log format string for an access log.

--config|-c

Specify the name of the configuration for enabling the access-log.

--vs|-s

Specify the name of the virtual server.

--file|-l

Specify the file name for the access log.

Example

tadm enable-access-log --user=admin --host=admin.example.com 
--password-file=./admin.passwd --port=8989 
--no-prompt --config=www.example.org --vs=soa.example.org --file=../logs/access.log

Exit Codes

The following exit values are returned:

0: command executed successfully

>0: error in executing the command
