--config|-c
Specify the name of the configuration for which you want to change properties.
Specify name=value
pairs for one or more properties that you want to define. The name=value
pairs should be separated by spaces.
You can set the following configuration file properties:
user
: Specifies the user ID with which the server runs.
Values: User ID
temp-path
: Specifies the location where the server stores its temporary files.
Values: Any valid directory.
max-fd
: Specifies a configurable upper limit on the file descriptor usage of the Oracle Traffic Director server process. This means that Oracle Traffic Director does not assume more than configured max-fd
number of available file descriptors even if the actual file descriptor availability is higher.
Values: 64
to 2147483647
or -1
for no limit. Default: 2097152
.
webapp-firewall-ruleset
: Specifies the location where the Web Application Firewall (WAF) ruleset files are stored.
Values: Any valid directory where the WAF ruleset files are stored.
Note:
The propertywebapp-firewall-ruleset
enables you to specify multiple values, with each value enclosed in quotes and separated by commas. For example: webapp-firewall-ruleset="ruleset/vschola/*.conf","/scratch/sababu/waf rules/rule2.conf"
To reset a property to its default value, do not provide a property value.
For example, property-name=<empty_string>
tadm set-config-prop --user=admin --host=admin.example.com --password-file=./admin.passwd --port=8989 --no-prompt --config=www.example.org user=otd_user
The following exit values are returned:
0: command executed successfully
>0: error in executing the command
