This graphic shows the Manage Columns dialog. It has a Hidden Columns field on the left and a Visible Columns field on the right that shows all the column names by default. There are move icons in between the two columns and move icons (for arranging the order) to the right of the Visible Columns field. There are OK and Cancel buttons.
