Test Connection Failure or Wizard Operation Page Does Not Open

If you receive a test connection failure on the Connection page or the Operation page does not display in the Adapter Configuration Wizard, perform the following steps:

  • Log in to Eloqua directly and see if the credentials work and the Eloqua application is not down for maintenance.
  • The Eloqua user credentials specified must be part of the required security groups and must have required permissions to make Bulk API calls.
