Before activating any model in Oracle Real-Time Integration Business Insight, it is a good practice to clean-up the BAM data objects and projects generated during import of dashboards.
To clean-up data objects and projects:
- Login to Oracle Business Activity Monitoring Composer.
- Open the project for an Insight model. The display name of the Insight model will be similar to
Insight<Model Name>.
- Delete this project.
- Click the Administrator tab.
- Expand the data objects tree to the node Data Objects -> oracle -> insight -> <Model Node Name>. The .
You can see that the <Model Node Name> is in lower case and does not contain any whitespaces.
- Delete this node. Be careful while selecting the node for the model.
WARNING:
Do not delete the nodes for any other model or the internal node.
