This screen contains two sections, Administrative Account at the top and Advanced Configuration underneath. The Administrative Account section contains three fields which are, from top to bottom, Name, Password, and Confirm Password. The Advanced Configuration section contains different fields depending on the situation. These are, from top-to-bottom: Domain location (or Domain parent location), Application location (or Application parent location) which is displayed only if there are applications in the selected templates, Administration Server Listen Address, which is a drop-down list, Administration Server Listen Port, SSL Listen Port, and Coherence Listen Port (if Coherence is installed). There is a Browse button to the right of both the Domain and Application fields which you can use to navigate to the desired domain and application directories. There are Back, Next, Create, and Cancel buttons on the bottom right of the screen, in that order.
