This section explains how to collect diagnostic bundles needed by Oracle Support to help resolve issues.
You must collect post configuration diagnostic bundles before Oracle Development or Support will accept your bug or support request (SR) submissions.

You must review the product FAQ.
BI Installation and configuration was successful, specifically the BI Configuration Assistant has completed without error. If this isn't the case please see below for details on how to collect diagnostics prior to contacting Oracle Support. If the BI Configuration Assistant fails see Running the Oracle Business Intelligence 12c Configuration Assistant Installing and Configuring Oracle Business Intelligence.
No security sensitive information is collected.
Pre-requisites:
You must have file system permissions.
Collect a diagnostic bundle by running the following command:
DOMAINHOME/bitools/bin/diagnostic_dump.sh <zip file name>.
Provide the zip file to the Support or Development organization when requested.
