There are two sections below those fields: Time and Options. the Time section has the following options: All Day Event option or Start Time and End Time fields. Calendar pickers are next to the Start Time and End Time fields. The Options section has the following fields: Priority (by default set to Normal), Category (by default set to Unfiled), and Details.
