You can perform the following control actions on a resource group at
      the domain level:
          - Start - All of the applications deployed to the resource group
are started if they can be started.
- Shut down - All of the applications deployed to the resource
group are shut down. Shutting down a resource group causes the
applications and resources in that resource group to stop running
and to be removed from memory.
- Suspend - The suspend operation gracefully transitions the
resource group and any applications deployed to it from the RUNNING
          to ADMIN states.
- Resume - The resume operation gracefully transitions the
resource group and any applications deployed to it from the ADMIN to
          RUNNING states.
