Unlock user accounts

User accounts can become locked as a result of an excessive number of failed login attempts.

To unlock a user account:

  1. If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).
  2. In the left pane click the name of the domain.
  3. Select Security > Unlock User.
  4. Enter the user name of the user whose account you want to unlock.
  5. Click Save.
