`ORACLE_TRACE_FACILITY_PATH` specifies the directory pathname where Oracle TRACE facility definition files are located. On Solaris, the default path is ?/otrace/admin/fdf/. On NT, the default path is %OTRACE80%\ADMIN\FDF\.
