Tax Withholding Card for Non-Payroll Extensions

You can still use the Tax Withholding card to maintain your employee federal and state tax withholding info when you are using the non-Payroll extensions.

For these extensions, Oracle provides GBG|Loqate as the default geography provider for address validation. You can use choose a different geography provider, but you must ensure they use a 2-character State-level Geocode equivalent to Vertex's.

Run the Maintain US Geography flow at the time of your implementation. This process:

1. Enables the Tax Withholding Card at the state level.

2. Adds the 2-digit state-level Geocode.
