Set up this UDC table to display the veicTransp (x18) tag in the XML output for an intrastate transaction, which depends on the special handling code.
When the special handling code value is blank or 0, the veicTransp (x18) tag is printed in the XML output. The veicTransp (x18) tag is not printed in the XML output when the special handling code value is 1.
The values shown in the table are hard-coded.
